Robert Engler Elected Treasurer of Subcontractors Association of Northeast Ohio

Akron, OH, Dec. 8, 2006…Robert Engler, CPA, Audit & Accounting manager for Schlabig & Associates, Ltd, has been elected treasurer of the Subcontractors Association of Northeast Ohio.

Engler joined Schlabig & Associates, a leading certified public accounting firm offering strategic services for Ohio-based businesses and individuals, in 1999. He provides audits, reviews, and compilations for many local and regional businesses.

Engler, based in the firm's Akron office, has served on several association committees since joining the organization in 2002. He also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

A graduate of The University of Akron, Engler holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting. He resides in Barberton, Ohio, with his wife, Laurie, and children, Melissa and Lindsey.
