Schlabig & Associates, Ltd's Sharon Sledzik to Offer Free Tax Advice Through Local Hotline

Akron, OH, Feb. 9, 2007…Sharon Sledzik, CPA, Tax Manager for Schlabig & Associates, Ltd, will take calls and answer tax preparation questions along with other accountants as part of the Ohio Certified Public Accountants' tax advice call-in session from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 12. Sledzik will answer general questions about federal and Ohio income tax preparation and filing. She will address the following topics: defining taxable income; identifying tax deductions; determining taxes on Social Security, pensions and inheritance; claiming dependents; and clarifying how recent tax law changes affect personal income tax filing.

Sledzik provides tax management services, tax planning and related research for a variety of Schlabig & Associates, Ltd clients, including local and regional businesses, individuals, trusts and not-for-profits. She is a member of several regional tax organizations, including the Akron Tax Club and Akron Tax and Estate Planning Council. She also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
