Laura Schick Joins National Association Of
Women In Construction

Akron, OH, Jan. 7, 2008…Laura Schick, an associate with a master in taxation with Schlabig & Associates, Ltd, has joined The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Schlabig & Associates, Ltd is a leading certified public accounting firm offering strategic services for Ohio-based businesses and individuals.

NAWIC is an international non-profit organization that is committed to the enhanced success of women in the construction industry. Schick, who plans to become involved in several areas of the organization in 2008, will participate in the Akron chapter.

Schick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is based in the firm’s Akron office.
